Frogmary Green Farm is an award winning arable & poultry farm in a wonderful setting in the South Somerset countryside. Having started from a green field site, they have spent the last twenty years growing and diversifying into the business we currently run, although never ones to sit still, there will always be plans to change and grow.

Radfords Fine Fudge

Radfords is a family business that manufactures delicious fudge and confectionery. Despite the recent and rapid growth of the company, it retains a small and personal approach. Our processes and techniques are artisan and traditional. Local Somerset farms supply The Sugar Mill factory with butter and cream. Our fudge is made in copper kettles and, once cooled, is cut by hand and packed.

We produce over 50 flavours of fudge but, despite being very different in style, our crumbly butter fudge along with our smooth clotted cream fudge remain our most popular. As well as our award winning fudge, we have also diversified into other confectionery products such as brittles, honeycomb, nougat and marshmallows.
